- Hazel Added October 27, 2019★ ★ ★ ★ ★Just had some apple and fennel pork sausages that were possibly the best sausages on earth. Not to mention the fabulous house-smoked salami, pepperoni and cabanossi along with the most succulent eye fillet. Never ceases to please. The best butcher on the mid-north coast.
